Observe

What do you see? Cars skimming the streets, headlights refracting the rain, and the sound of rubber carving the asphalt. The moonlight on the seal of that road, mirroring the leaves that sway to the patterns in the wind, the sound of the branches brushing in momentum- and for a moment you can hear the exhale of you living in this moment.

There is a stillness inside all of this noise.

We are always moving, that is essence of life through we must observe the life we are living in time to time. What does your version of life look like? Where do you take the time for yourself? When do you take the time to stop and not worry about what is behind you, or ahead of you? Life isn't an endless cycle of task completion, nor is it a race with a checklist to an anxious end. The more you observe, and watch the details that are saturated in your reality, you will find the odds between their placement. The probability, and the absurdity of worries. While it is so very human to survive and pre-meditate the potential future you will live in, think back to where you thought you would have been 10 years ago and tell me that it looks "exactly" as you predicted it. Sure, common themes exist, completed goals, and predictions are met in possible ways, but nothing is exact. That 10 year gap is a large fill. Now think what we do from day to day in a smaller gap. Predicting moment to moment, but shifting our measurements and flawing our debatable constants. Life is dynamic, it is noise, it is the lighting between the space in clouds. Between the moments that still can happen, and those that have passed. I ask of you, observe. Observe and find a moment in this experience we are all living. We never know when these moments could be our last.
